Verified by Independent Labs

Reliable testing, complete transparency, and confidence in every lab result.

  • Axis Analytical — Surrey, British Columbia, Canada — HPLC purity + mass spectrometry identity testing on every batch

How to read a result. HPLC separates the peptide from any contaminants and measures the percentage that’s the active compound. The remainder is residual synthesis byproduct.

Where the lab runs it, mass spectrometry confirms the molecular weight matches the peptide on the label, which catches mislabelled or substituted product. Axis Analytical runs mass spectrometry alongside HPLC on every certificate, so identity and purity are both on the page.

“Conforms” means the batch met the lab’s pass criteria for identity, quantity, and purity at the specification listed on the certificate. Where a batch falls marginally short, it is reviewed individually and shown as Reviewed & released rather than as conforming.

Most batches test above 99% purity. Every batch is released against the third-party specification appropriate to that peptide — greater than 98% for most products, greater than 90% for a few where the analytical method has known limits for that compound. A small number of products, such as Cerebrolysin, are peptide mixtures rather than single defined compounds, and are reviewed against an identity and composition standard instead of a purity percentage.

Read the full explanation in the Quality Assurance section of the Help Center.

Every batch is tested for purity and identity by an independent laboratory before it is released, and a batch ships only when it meets the purity threshold for that peptide. That is the Purity result you will find for every batch number on this page.

Endotoxicity (LAL) and heavy metal (elemental impurity) panels are run on a rotating basis across our most popular products, as part of ongoing method verification and quality assurance rather than batch release. These panels cost considerably more and take much longer to come back from the lab, so instead of holding every batch for them we run them regularly to keep proving that our process stays consistent. When a batch has had these panels completed, its card shows the Endotoxicity and Heavy Metal tags beside Purity, and the full report is in its certificate.

Certificate of Analysis Search

Search your vial’s batch number to view its Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent laboratory — that’s Check Your Vial. The live library shows every published certificate, newest first, with the peptide, the lab, the batch number, the purity result, the specification it was judged against, whether it conforms, the analysis date, and a link to view the full COA.

Recent certificates on file include MOTS-c, TB-500, GHK-Cu, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, BPC-157, LL-37, and AOD-9604, tested for purity, with endotoxicity and heavy metal panels on selected batches “.

Batch not on file?

Some older lots may not be published yet. Send us your batch number through the Help Center and we’ll send the certificate directly. If we can’t produce one, we’ll refund the order — full stop. That’s The Pep Promise.

COA doesn’t match what you received?

Photograph the vial label and send it to support through the Help Center. We’ll investigate the lot and replace the order at our cost while we do.

Every vial, traced.

Every Pep Hub vial has a batch number linked to its certificate of analysis for complete traceability.
