Mechanism of Action

Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection
- Reconstitution:

- 2 mg vial → 100–200 mcg (10–20 units)
- 5 mg vial → 100–200 mcg (5–10 units)
- Cycle: 5 days on / 2 days off, 6–12 weeks on, then 2–4 weeks off
