T-Force+ — 6-Week Cycle Dosing Guide

Thymosin Alpha-1 + Thymulin + BPC-157 + TB-500 + DSIP. The long-haul immune build — six weeks of deeper signaling, regulation, and sleep.

Why People Choose the T-Force+ 6-Week Cycle

  • Provides extended 6-week “immune terrain” support for people under heavier or ongoing strain — chosen by people who want longer immune-terrain support during a demanding stretch, alongside whatever care their clinician has set and their primary care.
  • Combines dual thymic peptides (Thymosin Alpha-1 + Thymulin) to support deeper immune signaling, regulation, and resilience over time, not just a short-term boost.
  • Pairs these thymic signals with BPC-157 and TB-500 to support the underlying terrain: gut lining, microvasculature, and tissue repair, all of which are closely tied to how balanced or overactive the immune response is day to day.
  • Includes DSIP to support more consistent, restorative sleep during prolonged immune challenges. DSIP was studied for sleep in the 1980s with mixed results; it is included to support a steady bedtime rhythm during the cycle.
  • Uses a simple, repeatable rhythm of weekday morning immune injections and nightly DSIP, so the full multi-peptide stack remains easy to follow for all 6 weeks.
  • Keeps the morning protocol convenient by combining compatible peptides (Thymosin Alpha-1, BPC-157, TB-500, and Thymulin) into a single SQ syringe (Mon–Fri).
  • Designed to complement, not replace, your clinician’s treatment plan, plus foundational pillars like nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep hygiene.
  • Built with clear math, unit counts, vial numbers, and timing so you can follow the entire 6-week plan with confidence and minimal guesswork.

Peptide Storage

Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides (Powder Form)

  • After arrival: store dry/lyophilized vials in the refrigerator (2 to 8 °C) for up to 6 months, or in the freezer (−20 °C or colder) for up to 2 years.
  • Keep vials tightly capped, dry, dark, and protected from moisture.
  • Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Storage for Reconstituted Peptides (Mixed with BAC Water)

  • Refrigerate at 2–8 °C.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
  • Label vials with date and concentration.

Reconstitution (How to Mix the Peptides)

For easy calculating and to fit the full 6-week cycle:
– Thymosin Alpha-1 5 mg: add 2.5 mL BAC Water
– BPC-157 5 mg: add 2.5 mL BAC Water
– TB-500 5 mg: add 2.5 mL BAC Water
– Thymulin 10 mg: add 2.0 mL BAC Water
– DSIP 5 mg: add 2.5 mL BAC Water

Gently swirl or roll. Do not shake.

Dosing (How Much and When to Inject)

Combine in the same syringe Monday to Friday morning

Draw from each vial into one syringe:
– Thymosin Alpha-1: 15 units (300 mcg)
– BPC-157: 25 units (500 mcg)
– TB-500: 15 units (300 mcg)
– Thymulin: 12 units (600 mcg)

Total each weekday: 67 units.

Take on its own each evening

Draw DSIP in its own syringe:
– DSIP: 10 units (200 mcg)

Cycle length: 6 weeks.
– Thymosin Alpha-1 + BPC-157 + TB-500 + Thymulin: 5 days on / 2 days off (Mon to Fri only).
– DSIP: every night for 42 nights.

Timing

  • Morning (Mon–Fri): Thymosin Alpha-1 + BPC-157 + TB-500 + Thymulin on an empty stomach, at least 30 min before food.
  • Evening (daily): DSIP 30–60 min before bedtime, at approximately the same time each night.

Frequency

  • Weekdays only (Mon–Fri): 5 days on / 2 days off for Thymosin Alpha-1, BPC-157, TB-500, and Thymulin (Sat–Sun off).
  • DSIP: 7 nights per week for the full 6-week cycle.

Injection (How to Inject Safely)

Injection method: Subcutaneous (SQ).
Syringe: Insulin type (1 mL, 30–31G, 6–8 mm).

Preferred sites (subcutaneous)

  • Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel
  • Outer thigh
  • Upper-outer arm
  • Rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site

Simple steps

  1. Clean the vial top with an alcohol pad.
  2. Draw dose(s) into syringe.
  3. Clean the location of injection with an alcohol pad.
  4. Let alcohol dry before injection.
  5. Pinch and lift skin at the location of injection.
  6. Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ).
  7. Apply gentle pressure with an alcohol pad for 30 seconds.
  8. Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container.

Peptide Intake Overview

  • Thymosin Alpha-1: 300 mcg × 30 weekdays = 9,000 mcg (9 mg)
  • BPC-157: 500 mcg × 30 weekdays = 15,000 mcg (15 mg)
  • TB-500: 300 mcg × 30 weekdays = 9,000 mcg (9 mg)
  • Thymulin: 600 mcg × 30 weekdays = 18,000 mcg (18 mg)
  • DSIP: 200 mcg × 42 nights = 8,400 mcg (8.4 mg)

Need Help Calculating Your Dose?

Our dosage calculator in the Help Center makes it easy to prepare accurate peptide doses.

Notes

  • If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double up.
  • Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep hygiene.
  • Keep everything labeled and store safely.
  • Seek medical care urgently if you experience: spreading redness and warmth, severe swelling, fever, pus, red streaks, or signs of allergy (hives, facial swelling, trouble breathing).
  • Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)

Small bruise, brief redness or itch at site, occasional nausea or fatigue.

Peptide Measurement Guide

  • mg: milligram; measures the total amount of peptide in a vial
  • mcg: microgram; measures an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg)
  • mL: milliliter; measures the volume of BAC water for reconstitution
  • unit: insulin-syringe marking for dose calculation (1 mL = 100 units on a standard insulin syringe)
