Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a modified growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog.
The DAC extends its half-life to approximately 6–8 days by allowing it to bind to albumin in the bloodstream. That enables a prolonged and stable GH release, elevating IGF-1 levels without daily injections. It’s best used solo or cycled with shorter-acting GHRPs like Ipamorelin.
Dosing & Protocol
Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection
- Reconstitution:
- 2 mg vial → 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water
- Weekly Dose:
- 100–300 mcg (10–30 units), taken twice per week
- Cycle: 2 days per week, 20 weeks on, followed by 4–6 weeks off
- Timing: Inject on an empty stomach, preferably in the evening

- Not recommended to combine with other long-acting GH analogs

Notes
