  • 80 × 1 mL insulin syringes (30–31G, 6–8 mm)
  • 9 × reconstitution syringes
  • 9 × syringe tips (vial vents)
  • 100 × alcohol pads
  • Step-by-step dosing protocol

Peptide Storage

Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides (Powder Form)

After arrival: store dry/lyophilized vials in the refrigerator (2 to 8 °C) for up to 6 months, or in the freezer (−20 °C or colder) for up to 2 years. Keep vials tightly capped, dry, dark, and protected from moisture. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Storage for Reconstituted Peptides (Mixed with BAC Water)

Refrigerate at 2 to 8 °C. Do not freeze. Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise. Label vials with date and concentration.

Reconstitution (Mixing)

For easy calculating and to fit the full 6-week cycle:
– BPC-157 5 mg: add 2.5 mL BAC Water
– Kisspeptin 5 mg: add 2.0 mL BAC Water
– PT-141 10 mg: add 2.0 mL BAC Water
– Ipamorelin 5 mg: add 2.5 mL BAC Water

Gently swirl or roll after adding BAC Water — do not shake.

Injection (Dosing)

Timing

Inject once each morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 min before food. If you are also using a bedtime peptide (Ipamorelin), take that at least 2 hours after the evening meal as a separate injection.

Frequency

  • Take BPC-157 each weekday (Monday to Friday).
  • Take Kisspeptin on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
  • Take Ipamorelin at bedtime Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends off for BPC-157 and Ipamorelin (5 days on / 2 days off).
  • PT-141 is used pre-activity on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — or as needed.

Injection method: Subcutaneous (SQ).
Syringe: Insulin type (1 mL, 30–31G, 6–8 mm).

Combine in the same syringe Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Draw all three peptides into one syringe:
– BPC-157: 25 units (500 mcg)
– Kisspeptin: 10 units (250 mcg)
– PT-141: 10 units (500 mcg)

Total: 45 units.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings (in its own syringe)

  • BPC-157: 25 units (500 mcg)

Monday to Friday evenings (in its own syringe)

  • Ipamorelin: 8.5 units (167 mcg)

Pre-Sexual-Activity

Separate syringe — take 45–60 min before sexual activity:
– PT-141: 10–20 units (500–1,000 mcg). Do not exceed 40 units (2 mg) per day.

If sexual activity is planned later in the day, you may take an additional 10 to 20 units (500 to 1,000 mcg) of PT-141 about 45 to 60 minutes before intimacy. This can be done any day of the week, including weekends. Do not exceed 40 units (2 mg) of PT-141 per day.

Weekends

  • Skip BPC-157 and Ipamorelin.
  • PT-141 may be taken as needed for pre-activity use.

Cycle length: 6 weeks.
– BPC-157: 5 days on / 2 days off
– Kisspeptin: Mon, Wed, Fri mornings
– PT-141: Mon, Wed, Fri mornings + pre-activity (as needed)
– Ipamorelin: Bedtime Monday through Friday

Peptide Intake Overview

  • BPC-157: 500 mcg × 30 weekdays = 15,000 mcg (15 mg)
  • Kisspeptin: 250 mcg × 18 doses = 4,500 mcg (4.5 mg)
  • PT-141: 500–1,000 mcg × 18 doses = 9,000–18,000 mcg (9–18 mg)
  • Ipamorelin: 167 mcg × 30 weeknights = 5,000 mcg (5 mg)

Inject Safely

Preferred sites (subcutaneous):
– Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel
– Outer thigh
– Upper-outer arm (rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site)

Quick steps

  • Clean the vial top with an alcohol pad
  • Draw dose(s) into syringe
  • Clean the injection site with an alcohol pad
  • Pinch and lift skin at the injection site
  • Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ)
  • Apply gentle pressure with an alcohol pad for 30 seconds
  • Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container

Notes

  • Rotate injection sites (1–2 cm apart).
  • Wipe skin and let alcohol dry before injection.
  • If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled time. Do not double up.
  • Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep.
  • Keep everything labeled and store safely.
  • Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)

  • Small bruise
  • Brief redness or itch at site
  • Occasional nausea or fatigue

Peptide Measurement Guide

  • mg: milligram; measures the total amount of peptide in a vial
  • mcg: microgram; measures an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg)
  • mL: milliliter; measures the volume of BAC water for reconstitution
  • unit: insulin-syringe marking for dose calculation (1 mL = 100 units on a standard insulin syringe)
