What’s in Your 30-Day Cycle Kit
Peptides
- 1 × KPV (10 mg)
- 1 × NAD+ (500 mg)
- 1 × MOTS-c (10 mg)
Supplies
- 1 × 10 mL Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)
- 30 × 1 mL insulin syringes (30–31G, 6–8 mm)
- 4 × reconstitution syringes (3 mL – 21G × 1″)
- 4 × vial vents (syringe tips)
- 100 × alcohol pads
- Step-by-step dosing protocol
Peptide Storage
Storage for Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides (Powder Form)
- After arrival: store dry/lyophilized vials in the refrigerator (2 to 8 °C) for up to 6 months, or in the freezer (−20 °C or colder) for up to 2 years.
- Long-term: freeze at −20 °C or colder.
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Keep vials out of direct sunlight.
Storage for Reconstituted Peptides (Mixed with BAC Water)
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C.
- Do not freeze.
- Use within 45 days unless the product label/protocol says otherwise.
- Label vials with date and concentration.
- Minimize exposure to sunlight and prolonged time at room temperature.
- Return vials to the refrigerator promptly after each use.
- Do not pre-load syringes ahead of time.
Reconstitution (Mixing)
For easy calculating and to fit the full 30-day cycle:
– KPV 10 mg: add 2.0 mL BAC Water
– NAD+ 500 mg: add 4.0 mL BAC Water
– MOTS-c 10 mg: add 1.0 mL BAC Water
Gently swirl or roll. Do not shake.
Injection (Daily Dosing)
Timing: Inject once each morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 min before food.
Injection method: Subcutaneous (SQ).
Syringe: Insulin type (1 mL, 30–31G, 6–8 mm).
Frequency: Repeat Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 until the 30-day cycle is complete.
Revive Day 1
- KPV: 15 units (750 mcg)
Revive Day 2
- NAD+: 40 units (50 mg)
Revive Day 3
- MOTS-c: 10 units (1 mg)
Cycle length: 30 days. Repeat the 3-day morning rotation for the full cycle.
Peptide Intake Overview
- KPV: 750 mcg × 10 doses = 7.5 mg. 2.5 mg remains — keep refrigerated and use within 45 days.
- NAD+: 50 mg × 10 doses = 500 mg. Uses all 500 mg.
- MOTS-c: 1 mg × 10 doses = 10 mg. Uses all 10 mg.

Inject Safely
Preferred sites (subcutaneous)
- Abdomen, at least 5 cm from navel
- Outer thigh
- Upper-outer arm
- Rotate 1 to 2 cm from last site
Quick steps
- Clean the vial top with an alcohol pad.
- Draw the day’s dose into the syringe.
- Clean the location of injection with an alcohol pad.
- Pinch and lift skin at the location of injection.
- Inject slowly at a 45° angle just under the skin (SQ).
- Apply gentle pressure with an alcohol pad for 30 seconds.
- Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container.
Notes
- Use one per day only, following the Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3 rotation.
- Keep each compound in its own syringe. Do not combine them in the same syringe for this cycle.
- Revive never combines peptides — KPV on Day 1, NAD+ on Day 2, MOTS-c on Day 3, each in its own syringe. The shared MOTS-c + KPV syringe and the Glutathione day belong to the Revive+ cycle only.
- If you miss a dose, resume at the next scheduled day. Do not double up.
- Maintain hydration, movement, and good sleep.
- Keep everything labeled and store safely.
- Minimize sunlight exposure and avoid leaving reconstituted vials out at room temperature longer than needed for dosing.
- Return reconstituted vials to the refrigerator promptly after each use.
- Seek medical care urgently if you experience: spreading redness and warmth, severe swelling, fever, pus, red streaks, or signs of allergy (hives, facial swelling, trouble breathing).
- Do not use peptides if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Possible Side Effects (Common & Mild)
Small bruise, brief redness or itch at site, occasional nausea, fatigue, or headache.
Peptide Measurement Guide
- mg: milligram; measures the total amount of peptide in a vial
- mcg: microgram; measures an injection dose (1 mg = 1,000 mcg)
- mL: milliliter; measures the volume of BAC water for reconstitution
- unit: insulin-syringe marking for dose calculation (1 mL = 100 units on a standard insulin syringe)
